Time for some sparks!

Bit of welding on a Beetle cabby this week.

Rear of sill had gone through so new repair patch made up, all rusty bits removed and new metal welded in and treated to some Buzzweld inside and out.

We also removed two bolts that the customer had to drill the heads off, just part of the service :)

The customer also had a spare back box for his exhaust system as the original was past it's best, unfortunately it had been cut off the donor car instead of removed via the clamp. With a bit of careful measuring we removed the old back box, cut the end off the pipe to replace the piece that was missing, welded it to the new pipe and fitted it all back up.
